If you have completed your manuscript,
did you know that the hardest part of the process is OVER?

Time to push the “easy button!”

Ebook conversion is what we do!

We know you’ve spent hours, months, or possibly even years perfecting your manuscript. You’ve spent hundreds or thousands of dollars and countless hours going through editorial, proofing, and text tweaks. You’ve spent all that time and effort so then why would you let just anyone convert it for you?

We’ve done a huge variety of books, from the typical reflowable ebook file, all the way up to fixed format children’s books and audio- and video-enhanced ebooks. With over 2,000 conversions completed, we have hundreds of happy clients – both self-published authors and publishers.

Why are we different?

We hand-code our files. Anyone can push a button and get a so-so ebook conversion, but it takes a committed coder to dive elbows-deep into the code and design the ebook. Depending on complexity, a book can take 8 or more hours to convert, if done properly. The most complicated books can take 20 or 30 hours.

Service, before, during, and after the conversion – we make sure you know how to upload your files and will even upload them for you, if necessary. Our packages include 2 rounds of revisions so you can upload ebook files that make you proud.

What to expect

The first thing you’ll want to check out is our pricing: http://ebookconverting.com/price-list. We require a small deposit to get started, or of course you can pay the full amount before we start.

Next, you can send your book files to us via email or if they’re very large (over 20MB) we can set up a Dropbox folder for you. All of those instructions will be available to you after checkout. Please submit only manuscript files that you consider final. Editing text after conversion is possible, but please keep changes to a minimum.

Our typical turnaround is 2 weeks. Usually you will receive your first round of files before that so you can give us feedback and make any edits.

We deliver your final files and send an invoice for your remaining balance. At this point, your ebook files are fully validated and ready for upload. That’s it!
